I recently passed the Certified SFDC Administrator Winter 14 and I plan to take the Certified SFDC Developer within the next couple of weeks.  I am transitioning to Cloud with Salesforce.com. May last role as a developer was with SAP. I am working on a non-profit project but would like to do another project. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I am a recently certified Salesforce Admin, seeking experience through offering my time and skills, initially at no cost, for assistance in developing and/or maintaining Salesforce implementations. I have ADM201 full-populated training and my own developer Orgs on SFDC and in those have performed the following, and more: 

 

Created and administered users

Customized organization-wide permissions, sharing rules, user profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies and field-level security

Customized search views and page layouts, and created criteria-specific list views

Created custom objects and fields, with data validation and formulas

Implemented business processes with tailored record types and page layouts

Created automated lead and case management processes

Created assignment and escalation processes for support cases

Implemented on-demand and time-triggered workflows

Imported and exported data using the data import wizard, and the data loader

Created custom reports and dashboards for user metrics, sales, marketing and support

 

I also have 2 years of experience as a sales cloud end user. My work background is ideally suited to implementing Salesforce within and across sales, marketing and support, as I have worked in all 3 disciplines for a Fortune 500 company. My educational background is in computer science and engineering, giving me a strong ability to understand and customize the application appropriately for a variety of organizations and business needs.

 

In order to gain further experience with administering Salesforce, I am, for a limited time, offering 20 hours per week of my time at no cost for implementation, administration and maintenance. I am based in Fort Collins, CO, and am willing to travel as necessary where internet-based collaboration is insufficient. Any such travel would be at the client's expense.

   I am a current Administrator for a 144 seat Enterprise addition of Salesforce.com. I have 2.5 years experience from data-loading startup, user layout/field creation, dashboard and report creation in Salesforce and meeting internal user requests for processes.  I have sucessfully work remotely supporting a corporation with arms in US, Canada, and South America.  I will supply resume and references on request.

I have been a Salesforce Support Administrator/Specialist for a bank in Harrisburg PA for the last three years.  My primary role with the company has been the support administrator for Salesforce.com, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.  My responsibilities included:

 

·         Assisted in a complete business process redesign for all sales functions

·         Customization of the system to meet specific business needs

·         Support for 145 Salesforce.com (SFDC) users - maintaining profiles, access and security requirements

·         Resolve over 100 simple to complex user requests and calls each month

·         Develop complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information for Senior Management

·         Develop complex macro and analysis procedures to integrate data between SFDC and internal systems

·         Assisted in developing comprehensive SFDC training courses, structured to meet specific needs of the company

·         Developed process documentation and field maps

·         Provided one to one training to end users on an on-going basis

·         Researched  and provided feasibility studies for third party SFDC partners

·         Process optimization, redesign, and development of new procedures

·         Developed internal configuration process and procedures for LinkPoint360 (SFDC Third Party Vendor); Coordinated all internal issues between vendor, users and IT department
