I have 2 case assignment rules
a) first one when the status is new and
b) when there is a update to status

The 1st rule works, the 2nd doesn't. Any suggestions on why the 2nd doesn't work on an existing case.
We have a client server TMW App i.e. this app can't be accessed via a URL.
How do we display this app inside of Salesforce Service Console using iFrames?
