I am getting an error in challenger 2 and i am pretty sure all my headers are correct. The error is not really telling me much, can anyone help? thanks

I am using my salesforce userid and password to login to Developer edition and it is not working and showing me error. 
Please check your username and password. If you still can't log in, contact your Salesforce administrator.

Hello Everyone! I just finished up the first challenge and moved on to the second challenge which is 'Create sales dashboards in Salesforce Classic'. I have created all the reports and dashboards. Reports are saved to General Reports and General Dashboards respectively. I have also granted 'Viewer' permission to all internal users. When I check the challege, I'm getting the following error, I'm kind of stuck and unable to figure out what is wrong. Request your help to resolve this issue and move forward.

Hi All, 

Maybe I am missing something but I am going around in cirlces with the Contacts without Hobbies report. I have: 

1. Created a custom report type to get Contacts without hobbies 
2. Created an Account Value bucket field
3. Create a % Open Opps Formula 
4. Added First Name, Last Name, Total Opp Value, Open Opp Value, Phone, Email, %Open Opps to the report 
5. Summarised by Account Value then Account 

And im still getting an error: 

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: The 'Contacts Without Hobbies' report is not configured correctly.

I have added screenshots of all the pieces - hoping someone else has hit this issue
