I am trying to complete the trailhead challenge for "Assessing the Quality of Data".  I have followed the instructions for installing the data.com assessment app, and get to the Install Package point.  Once I choose Admin and click Install, I get this screen...



As you can see "Continue" is greyed out, as are the two checkboxes for the websites..  What am I missing to be able to install this assessment?

I completed this challenge, and everything works correctly, but when I check the challenge, I get the following error...



As a check, I went to the next chapter, about sharing reports and dashboards, and that worked correctly.  Any ideas on what may be wrong?
