I try to make html mail template, I have problem sending email template.


As this image, when I send a email template from object, email template has empty box.

How can I delete it?

I set up Web-to-Lead Auto-Response Rules to send mail to customer automatically,

when cusotmer send leads form from my homepage.

So I refered this page, https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=creating_auto-response_rules.htm&language=en_US.

And it send mail to me, when I send leads form from my homepage.

Then, how can I setup to send mail to customer who write leads form from homepage when they finish write form?

I think just after setup, rule will send mail to cusotmer through customer's mail(This mail is on leads when they write on homepage)

1.I have a question for setting CNAME.

Our company need to get CNAME to connect another URL.

As I search, when make community, CNAME will be 

[domain name].[Organization ID].live.salesforce.com and my company's Organization ID is 00D28000000rCfy

So, our community's CNAME is afr-artifacts-developer-edition.ap2.force.com.00D28000000rCfy.live.salesforce.com right?

And I tried to check our CNAME on Site Configuration - Domains in site.com.

But, There is just Domain name afr-artifacts-developer-edition.ap2.force.com and path.

Noe certificate name on site.com.

So, I searched more, I understand it is need to register custom domain and setting Certificates.

My question's point is Here. 

Can I use [afr-artifacts-developer-edition.ap2.force.com.00D28000000rCfy.live.salesforce.com] by CNAME right now?
