i have a User which will send a html mail to a person . i want to get read reciept and delivery reciept of that mail to a gmail id that is stored in BCC. how to get receipts to BCC mail id in salesforce ?

i am trying to place a custom tab for navigation menu  in salesforce1 mobile, how to make it a default tab to be in menu?
