I have a scenario where we are trying to restrict access on custom profile where User cannot create new users /permission sets / roles etc.
 - Disabled Modify All access in System Permission

However i would like to give access just to login as other user to troubleshoot as and when required.

Please let me know the best approach for this solution , I have tried delegated Administrator settings but it opens up more access.

I'm working on configuring Email to Salesforce for Lead object.
Requirement is when the Lead (Customer) replies back to the Agent currently the emails are coming to Outlook. What i need is the replied emails should be captured in Lead activity record.

I have followed the following steps but doesn't seem to be working.

Hi All,

Is there workaround for following error: 
The record type XYZ cannot be deactivated because it is referenced by a routing address. You must remove it from Email-to-Case routing addresses to proceed.

From Salesforce - 
"You cannot deactivate a record type if it is in use by an email routing address for Email-to-Case or On-Demand Email-to-Case." 

I'm trying to deactiate the record type and it comes up with following error.

I have business requirement for for validating email address and confirm email address.
I used jquery to validate both the fields and created confirmEmail adress on wrapper class.
There are 2 applicants in one page, it is working correctly for applicant 1 but when i move to tab applicant 2, confirm email value disappears.

How can i access community builder to update community pages?
I checked all the settings in my profile(System Admin) but still cannot see builder.

I'm unable to find users created under Customer Community Login License.
When i login as System Administrator also i cannot search for users under People tab to send message or add them in group.
However when i invite using email ID , new user is created under Salesforce Chatter license which i want to avoid.
Can someone help with solution for this.

How can i access community builder to update community pages?
I checked all the settings in my profile(System Admin) but still cannot see builder.
 

Hi
I'm unable to find users created under Customer Community Login License.
When i login as System Administrator also i cannot search for users under People tab to send message or add them in group.
However when i invite using email ID , new user is created under Salesforce Chatter license which i want to avoid.
Can someone help with solution for this.

          I want to know why RecordTypes are used in salesforce.It is used  to control picklist value what it means.If there

          is any other use of RecordType than explain me.I want to know concept of RecordType.
