I installed the Inline Account Hierarchy package on the App Exchange a while back and some how it is now broken.  It's the second time this has happened.  Not sure how it broke becuase I haven't changed anything in SFDC.  Funny thing is as the administrator, I can see it. It's only non-administrator who now see a broken Inline Account Hierarchy tree. All people can see now is the SFDC

Any advice on how to fix this without un-installing the package and re-installing it again?

thanks,

p

We're implementing some business rules that require a sales rep to convert a lead within a certain number of days.

Looking for a formula that will show me the number of days it took to convert the lead.

thanks,

Our Task and Events share the same activity types so when we report on events and tasks we get duplicate columns.  Anyway of merging to two colums together to get a lum sum number for each activity type.
