pre chat additional branding changes are not reflected on the chat window

I changes I am making on the additional branding for pre chat on the snap in is not reflecting. There is no code snippet change I am seeing with this

I need to write a trigger on child object before insert and before update to check that only one child record related to the parent has the check box to true. else throw an error on the new records
