I joined salesforce in June 2014. Before that I have been working in Customer Service for over 17 years. I've worked with many companies to design, deliver and manage Customer Service technologies including: -Service Cloud from salesforce.com; Multi Channel Contact Centre's; Knowledge Management; CTI / application integration; Speech Self Service; Workforce Optimisation Outside work I am always looking for new charitable challenges/volunteer opportunities. I have twice done 100KM ultra-marathons (fastest time 23 hrs 36 minutes), regularly do the London to Brighton bike ride and in 2014 volunteered on a Game reserve in South Africa
