Awhile back when I was new, I used my real email address as my username, and that's why I think everytime I want to install something to my account it just does this "dev-ed.lightning.force.com redirected you too many times." and tells me to delete cookies (which never works).  I am able to complete most of my challenged but am stuck now on Identity for customers, and the Security specialist superbadge, because they want me to install Trailhead Security superbadge managed package. 

Someone from Salesforce.com was able to help me last time, but it took a month before I got an answer.  Anybody have a workaround for this issue that doesn't require me starting an entirely new Account and losing all my badges?  Thanks!
AHHH!   I get all the way there to where it's about to install and when I put in my login credentials I get this message "This page isn't working" ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.  I tried installing in production first, and then tried in a playground.
Then the page flickers and this replaces the above.  "We are down for maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll be back shortly."
So I cant pass this Install the Data.com Assessment App challenge.

Very frustrating, and I have tried everything from refreshing my dns cache, I've tried deleting cookies, incognito, what else could it be?  
Any help would be great.
While doing the challenge "Create a rollup summary field that determines the potential value of the opportunities associated with an account."

I get the message, Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:  The field 'Potential_Value__c' does not exist.

Everything looks ok, and I can even see the field on my setup page under recent items. 
Is it not suppose to be a custom field definition?

Hello there!  I'm stuck on creating an junction object.  After the lesson explains that I must use the auto-number  and clicking save.
However I am prompted that there is an error invalid data in red text.  The fields Display format, and Starting number need to be filled in to proceed.
There are no instructions on what to enter there.
Any ideas?
