Help with Date formula (based on stage change date)

I have a checkbox field called Reached VP that is checked everytime an opportunity reaches stage "Value Proposition".

 

I have a date field where I would like to record when the above field is checked.

 

How do I write this formula?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Opportunity Stage Duration using formula

Hi All,

    I need to calculate Opportunity Stage Duration, which is available in the Opportunity report using a formula. Can any of you, please post me the solution.

Annoying pop-up

I know this was posted before, but can't seem to find the solution.  I want to prevent the SFDC pop ad appearing everytime I change apps or go near the setup link.  I used this code in Message and Alerts before and it seemed to work for a while, but now is back and driving me nuts.  Please help.
