Sales Operations Analyst Santa Clara, CA Infoblox is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Santa Clara, reporting to the Director of Worldwide Sales Operations. The Sales Operations Analyst will work with the Sales Organization to drive efficiency and improve productivity. The Sales Operations Analyst will play an integral role in the success of the Sales Organization and company. Responsibilities:

  • Administer, develop, and implement Salesforce.com applications, Apttus(quoting tool), and other sales tools
  • Provide support to the Sales team on various issues ranging from order resolution, quoting, best practices, or liasing with other departments for responses.
  • Maintain and ensure field compliance of sales policies, procedures, and rules of engagement related to all aspects of Sales Operations including approval requirements, escalation processes, and compliance with standard guidelines.
  • Own and streamline sales process training/documentation for new hire on boarding process and continual training of existing sales team.
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and streamline or automate them.
  • Other Sales Operations tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations preferred
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce.com administration preferred, Salesforce or Apttus required.
  • Programming background a plus
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects
  • Self-starter with track record of creativity and innovation
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great business sense
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly

Sales Operations Analyst

Infoblox is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Santa Clara, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Analyst will work with the Sales Organization to drive efficiency and increased productivity. The Sales Operations Analyst will play an integral role in the success of the Sales Organization and company. This is a full time position.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify process inefficiencies and manage projects to streamline or automate sales processes
  • Communicate to all new employees and existing teams on sales processes and systems to ensure consistency within the organization
  • Develop and manage sales systems (SalesForce.com, VisualSmart Analytics, Oracle Reporting, etc.)
  • Interface with IT to ensure sales tools (e.g. Oracle) meet sales needs.
  • Work with IT to streamline and manage end-to-end maintenance renewal process – Identify opportunities, create and process quotes, and follow up on the purchase order. Directly impact company revenue by closing maintenance renewal business.
  • Analyze sales data and provide valuable reporting to drive business decisions and identify trends
  • Communicate sales compensation plan and changes to the sales team, Finance, and HR.
  • Evaluation management and reporting
  • Drive sales related facilities projects

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years experience preferred in operational support for Sales or Service organizations including Finance and IT.
  • 1-3 years experience preferred in supporting or working with a sales force automation or CRM system.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly
  • Ability to handle multiple, high priority projects and tasks with a keen attention to detail
