Hi,

Per live agent developer guide, we can display case record id using the following statement in the post chat transcript along with other details:

Attached Records : <apex:outputText value='{!$CurrentPage.parameters.attachedRecords}'

Would like to know how to capture and display case number too in the transcript. Thanks in advance!
Hello,

I have successfully set up Live Agent and have it working.

I then added a pre chat page with input fields successfully.

However when I add a post chat page, it works until I try adding a standard controller to the visualforce page, as soon as I put in any code that references a standard object I get the error page below when the post chat page should appear:

Any ideas why I am getting this issue?

I would like to add some inoput fields so I can store data from a post chat survey.

Hi All,

 

when lead conversion we select Existing Account Record. this converted to Account and contact and opportunity but mapping field not updated from newly created lead object fields values.is this possible? if yes please guide me.
