Is it possible to do signature functionality is mandatory in lwc?

Created signature functionality using the below link

now I need to required for this signature without sign record can't be saved in lwc

1) Is it possible to create documents in salesforce?How?
2)  I have a requirement Like "Document with entry fields for name and address plus autofill date box with signature date, needs to be able to e-sign and save".

I tried lightning-file-upload in my component. It s always set as Disabled. Can you pls check and resolve this issue ASAP?

 

Note : disabled tag is set as inbuilt.
