Is there a way to prevent comments on case feed, like create a validation rule or trigger to prevent comments on case feed?
Hello,

Has anyone faced issues while completing the service cloud basic challenge to set up Specialist predefined case team and adding to case ?

I am following all steps and yet it complains that :

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
The case 'Broken Router' does not have a case team member

Can you help?
Under App Manager, I only see Service classic version . I do not see lightning version. I want to see the lightning service console under app manager. see below.

Does anyone know how to get "Lightnining Service Console" display under App launcher? I am able to see the Sample Console but not the lightning service console. I have all the settings checked as well. Help!
Hi there,

Can someone confirm this statement about MD relationship:
==============================================================
The detail side of the MD relationship must be a CUSTOM OBJECT. The MASTER can be standard or custom object but the DETAIL side must be CUSTOM object.
=============================================================
I am confused with the last part of this statement stating - that DETAIL side must be a CUSTOM object.

That may not be correct, because Account and Contact also have a Master detail relationship. Can some one confirm this?

In the developer org, I switched to lightning experience. Next, from the top right corner I switched to Setup. It opens into another tab.
In the new tab, I am able to see SETUP on the top left corner. I want to be able to see the service setup and not sure how to do that? I cannot see service setup in the lightning expereince. I am the system admin and this is my own developer account. Please help.
I have a question regarding UAT for Release Testing. Who should be involved in testing that existing functionality or features are aligned with the latest release? Salesforce Admin or Business users? Should there be any specific scripts to follow to perform UAT release testing?

How do you manage UAT release testing in your org?
We have a very weird scenario in our production and sandbox org.
Some of the APEX classes that were deployed from sandbox to production now display different SIZE - Size without Comments.

For example one APEX class was moved by the previous salesforce administrator and the SIZE in UAT shows 3,780 and in production it shows 3675.

There is no way we can edit the classes directly in production right? Not even using Developer console or eclipse. So is it possible that some changes were made to the UAT for this APEX class and that never was moved over.

Thoughts?

Greetings:

I have been trying to do check the challenge of the the first part of the "Apex Basics & Database" module. I have been restructuring my apex code but nothing seems to work. This is the error that I'm getting:
