Can we create 2 live agent configurations for the same user ? If so, What will happen when 2 live agent configurations for same salesforce user ?

Suppose If user 'A' in config C1 is having chat limit 1 and the same user 'A' is having chat limit 2 in another config C2. What will happen ?

Password is not allowing '&' symbol for salesforce site

We have a salesforce site, If password contains '&' symbol it's not allowing user to login even though user enters correct password.

Can't schedule class in production ?

I can schedule a class in Sandbox but not in production. It showing error like "An error has occurred in the following section: [Exception, InvalidScheduledApexClass]. Salesforce.com has been notified of this error."

Why control is directly going to finish method in salesforce batch apex ?

Hi Friends, I am new to SFDC development.

I wrote a batch apex class. When I try to run it from developer console. It's not printing debug statements of start and execute methods. directly it's going to finish method.

Why field value is showing null in salesforce ?

Hi Friends,

As I am new to salesforce, I have plenty of questions while I am practicing.

I have a number field called "Override" under Custom Object "MyUser". I have created a record and entered value into it but it is showing Null when I am trying to display it on VF page.

Can some one help me Why my field value is showing null ???

Can some one explain how to create Approval Process using Process Builder. I created on Approval Process and trying to initiate using process builder but it is not working fine. But Approval Process alone(With out Process Builder) is working as expected.
