Hai I am New to SFDC Plz help me

I want to be able to define and apply an SLA based on the type of work requested (Picklist value) and then be able to determine if each request fell within that SLA For Example: when customer selects the picklist value(GPP [6] Awards) from the field Task category SLA has to set based on this picklist value number [6] days. Each picklist value has different number.

In Multi Select Picklist I have 15 Values (Ex:- 1,2,3......15), If 1&2 Values I selected for one Record Created Time, Then That Two(1,2) Values are Not Visible to next record created time
