I am currently working on the Business Administration Superbadge in trailhead and am stuck on step #5. I cloned the Utility Opportunity Page record type to create the Residential Opportunity record type. After removing and adding the fields listed in the description, I continue to get an error that there are still unwanted fields on the page layout. Has anyone seen this or have any suggestions? Thank!

I tried many times... but receive the same error message : "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
Formula in custom field 'Account Annual Revenue' is not correct. Check the instructions."
I followed all instructions & get the right results. It's a basic & very simple formula.
Do someone else encounter the same issue ? Any solution ?

Couldn't find the defining details about this Chatter group, the Product Support Specialist webinars, and where to get additional information about Salesforce.


I have created 2 chatter groups : 
- Residential Sales Product Collaboration (Private)
- Product Support Specialist webinars

I don't understandn what's going wrong.... Would you please help me ?

In the Salesforce1 Security and Compliance module, I am getting an error that I think is related to the name change of Salesforce1.

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
Could not find the 'Salesforce1 for Android' Connected App with the specified settings.

The Cennected App that is created is now called:  
Salesforce for Android

I double-checked my Connected App settings and believe they are correct, so I'd like to know if Trailhead is incorrectly looking for the wrong Connected App name.

Module: Monitor and Manage Salesforce1 Usage

I am unable to complete the Challenge in this module.  Either I'm doing something wrong, or there is a bug.  There are other forum posts about this issue, but no viable answers yet.  

The Challenge:
"End your current Salesforce1 session. To pass this challenge, block all users' access to the Salesforce1 for iOS app or the Salesforce1 for Android app."​

Steps that I took to complete challenge:
1. Create a new trailhead playground (for a fresh baseline)
2. Go to Connected Apps OAuth Usage (under Setup) and confirm no users connected via Salesforce1 iOS App
3. On iPhone, log in to Salesforce1 (successfully)
4. Back under Setup as an admin, refresh and confirm that 1 user connected via Salesforce1 iOS App 
5. Click "Block" next to iOS App and confirm the action, then confirm that 0 users are now connected to iOS App (so, should've killed me users session)
6. Confirm on mobile that I am kicked out of App (successful) 
7. Go back to Trailhead and click "Check Challenge"

Error:
It doesn't appear that you've blocked all users' access to either the Salesforce1 for iOS or Salesforce1 for Android app. Please check again.


Does anyone know what I am doing wrong, or is this a bug?

In some instances, a case must automatically escalate. Create a workflow rule that will set the escalated flag and send a task to the case owner if a case is not closed and its priority is set to High.

NOTE: Since Workflow rules only fire on record save, normally you would implement this with a time-triggered workflow action.

The workflow rule must be called 'Case Escalate on High Priority'.
The workflow rule must be tied to Case and fire when it is not closed and the Priority is updated to 'High'.
The workflow rule must evaluate on create and when is doesn't meet the criteria but is edited to meet the criteria.
The rule should fire a Field Update action called 'Set Case to Escalated'.
The Field Update action must set the 'Escalated' checkbox field to true.
The rule should fire an Assign Task action with a subject of 'Follow Up on Escalated Case'.
The Assign Task action must assign a task to the owner of the Case.
The Task should have a due date of 'Rule Trigger Date', status 'Not Started' and Priority 'Normal'.

I am having trouble Creating a workflow rule field for this challenge. Can someone please let me know what FIELD, OPERATOR AND VALUE I am suppose to create for this workflow to work
