Can any one know how can get more than one user name by lookup field.

        I have done it but problem is that l have get success only get one user name.

    but I want more than one user name by look up field then I want to send email and post message on chatter to these user they select by lookup field.

I have a problem in a approval process that is.

  Case-I have a one Object Meeting with new custom tab and three another object with out custom tab.

             1-Agenda.

             2-Policy.

             3-News.

          above three object related to meeting object by Master-detail-relationship so a user able to create agenda,policy and news after creating meeting.

But i want these three Agenda,Policy and News create by user after approval the meeting.

I am facing a problem like this

      1-I have a two user with different different role

             a) Board of director.

             b)Senior employee.

      2-And a single Object called meeting.

Problem is that-:1-When senior employee create meeting this meeting view by Board of director only after approval.

                               I want the meeting view for Board of director or other employee after approval.

                               but problem is that when senior employee create meeting than its view by all other user like board of                                        director, Junior employee before approval.

                              2-Means I want Meeting will be visible to creator until approved.

I am looking for a way of searching like this.

             When we type any word i.e..-abc...... In search bar than click on search button.

                       It retrieves all attachments i.e.. Document title starting with abc.....

In addition to this we require that it should retrieve all document in which abc.... Is specified.

             In other word content of any document containing abc.... Word should be fetched.

In return of the above stated query it should return.

1)-Title of the e file name where content is available.

2)-Last modified order by Title of file name.

Guys im trying to do something quick, simple, yet complex to me.

I want to create custom button that will change the "lastmodified to current user and Today()" /  or Open/Save the document so its been classified as updated to trigger workflow process.

either that or i would like to create a trigger so that when a new NOTE is created for a record, the record updates the last modified date.

Any ideas would be awesome
