I have the following requirement:

1.  When the status picklist value is "Hold," only allow supervisor and specialist profiles to change it. 

2. When the status is changed from hold, the hold date must be populated.

I have a custom object with two custom fields. 
Both fields are DateTime. They are: Actual_Stop_Time__c and
Actual_Start_Time__c

I want to populate another field with the time in minutes between these two fields. I have tried a text field and a number field with a formula. (Actual_Stop_Time__c - Actual_Start_Time__c)*24*60

I am receiving this error: Error: Field Actual_Stop_Time__c may not be used in this type of formula

What am I missing? Thanks!
 

I am working on the challenge in Identity for Customers and upon my attempt to login
with Google, I am getting the error: We can’t log you in because of the following error. NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user

Has anyone received this and been able to work through it? I see one questio in the forum about it but the 
answer does not resolve the issue.

I amworking in the Create a Self-Registration Page section in Trailhead.

I choose a logo, change the registration info to allow external users to self-register.
Then, I assign registering users to profile" Customers and account Customers.

There is an error below "Select which login options to display" (THere is one option displayed
and it is selected) 

I am unable to save my work because of this error.

Has anyone else come up against this issue?

I am having an issue with setting up the info for Edna Franks.

The challenge says this:
Set up a communities user and a sharing set
In this challenge, you set up the external sharing model, create a sharing set, and create a customer community user. First, set up the external sharing model with Case set to private. Then, enable Customer Portal settings, and create a sharing set titled Share cases with customers for the Customer Community User Profile. In this sharing set, grant customer community users read and write access to the case object for all cases associated with their account.
Ensure that your DE org user has a role assigned.
Create a customer community user from Edna Frank's contact record. (Your DE org should already have a contact record for Edna Frank. If it doesn't, create a new contact with first name Edna and last name Frank.)
Ensure that the account associated with Edna Frank has cases associated with it.
Ensure that sharing set mapping is set to User:Account = Case:Account.

I set her licence and profile to 
Customer Community Plus Login by accident and now SF will not allow me to change it.

Has anyone done this and gotten through?

When completing this challenge, the app downloads into my de, not the playground. The result when checking
the challenge is the following error:

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
The '3 - Sales & Marketing Adoption' dashboard wasn't found. Make sure that you've installed the 'Salesforce Adoption Dashboards' AppExchange package and refreshed that dashboard

I have tried several times but it defaults back to my de.

I signed into Trailhead through my production org.  Once I was required to install an app, I did not want to install it in production, so I installed in a sandbox.  Now challenge won't mark as complete - presumably because I did it in different org?
