Omni Med is a non-profit organization in Waban, MA.  Omni Med has programs in Belize, Guyana, and Kenya that bring health providers with some or no prior international experience to short-term, effective teaching trips, rendering maximal impact for both volunteers and learners.  For the past ten years, we have compiled data on service opportunities with over 300 organizations for interested health providers.

We're looking for a developer with experience in salesforce.com, web development, and data integration to help us make this data available
to the public.  Please contact us if you are interested.
Hi

I have asked to integrate a lot of external application or databases with Salesforce. A lot of these integrations work of scheduled services to syncronise the data at certain intervals. The problem with this is that one needs the Salesforce username and password to update the data from the external source to Salesforce.

Is there any way I could call the external application from Salesforce on certain intervals and therefor one would not require to log into Salesforce.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks

Stephen

Hi

I'm having problems handling NullReferenceException errors. This occurs when a contact first or last name is blank or null.

I tried using the following code to deal with these scenarios but it does not seem  to solve the problem

String FirstName = (contact.FirstName.ToString() != null) ? contact.FirstName.ToString() : "";

catch (NullReferenceException Nullex) {

LogError(Nullex.InnerException.ToString());

}

Either of this code line work

We require an Salesforce integration specialist to build a two-way integration between SFDC and an ASP email marketing application. Companies or independent consultants may apply.
I need a salesforce consultant to help me build out product/payment features as well as assist in building reporting features payments.

I'm also looking for help in integretting a shopping cart system into my salesforce account.
We're looking for a developer to help us create a live link between Filemaker Pro and Salesforce.com for Accounts and Contacts.  Central Florida preferred, but will consider remote.
 I am looking for some quick help is some basic hand holding and minor customization of the basic sfdc screens.

I have a small insurance agency that I need to track new agents, their training miles stones, and their weekly insurance applications.

I do not want these agents to be users or sales reps with their own log in to sfdc.

As I hire them, I need to be able to quickly see their current licensing and training progress, then one they are selling, to be able to track a few details from each application they submit.

My agents are set up in a multi tiered system based on the commission level, so the ability to see their downline agents is crucial.

Please contact me for more details.

I need to know if there is a possibility to use Sforce Connector having a Professional Edition. While ago it worked perfectly but the new releases seem that don't work. Now I'm getting a pop up box telling me: "Exemption code 5069".

If there is no possibility, is there any other program that could provide me similar functionality?.

I'll appreciate some help on this.

Manuel

We're looking for UK-based consultants for a pipeline of salesforce.com projects.  Our future projects range from 2 weeks to 6 months, and are beginning throughout late-October and November.  We would be willing to consider contractors or those seeking a permanent role.  You must have firm salesforce.com experience and proven ability to deliver a rock-solid solution on time and on budget.

Our company deals primarily with Financial Services firms, targeting Investment Management and Life and Pensions companies.  We have considerable experience with CRM applications, and have a number of salesforce.com-specific approaches and expertise that help clients get started.  Any FS experience would be a definite advantage, although we're alway open to strong developers from any field - if you're on the message boards you're probably the right fit!!

We are not seeking to work with any non-UK consultants or companies, unless they have proven UK-based experience working on client sites in the past 12 months.

In the first place, please email sfdc(at)tomtomconsultants.co.uk - replace the (at) with @ - with your details, role requirements and an indication of your experience with the following:

- Users, profiles and security setup
- Screen and field configuration
- Custom object development
- Reporting and MI
- Activity and meeting records
- Data migration

- sControl development
- Apex development

Thanks.

Hi all,
I think there is not enough information about the salesforce.com certification. I have some questions about how to become a salesforce.com certified.

Pfeeeuuw  so …
I made the 5 days administration workshop some days ago and follow that in a few days I have to take the exam. This exam is called: “Salesforce Consulting Authorization Exam LEVEL 2”

After some research about it I found that there are 3 different levels: Is that correct?
In the partner website they tell us that : The Level III Authorization requires Level I and Level II Authorizations in addition to passing the Level III Authorization exam  ...

 And once u pass the 3rd level are u certified?

By the way Can someone let me know what are the differences between the Admin workshop (the one I passed few days ago) and the new one for Partners???

Sorry if this is not the most adequate board to ask some help about this… But it’s important to know how to become certified and the unique information I have founded about that it’s It was possible to make it at dreamforce for 500 $. And beside that ? Are there other issues ?

 Thankyou all for your help

Regards

Mig
