i am attaching files to an email that I send out form Apex code. I was reading the documentation of email file size limits and came across very conflicting statements. In the help section it is clearly written

"The size limit for multiple files attached to the same email is 25 MB, with a maximum size of 5 MB per file."

I am currently evaluating SalesForce for our company and Outlook integration is one of the core features we're looking for.

 

I've downloaded and installed the connector on my 64-bit Windows 7 machine (running 32 bit Outlook 2010).

 

However, when I start Outlook, the connector crashes Outlook (and, thankfully, is disabled on subsequent launches of Outlook)

 

Having been really impressed with the SalesForce offering, this problem (and the lack of any good support) is a real dissapointment.

 

 

Does anyone have an idea what I can do to get this to work?

Is anyone else having a problem with the outlook 2010 (Salesforce to Outlook) addin? I installed it on a new machine Window 7 32bit, with office 2010. It works well, but after a while, it just freezes my outlook program ( "Not Responding"). When i disable to addin, Day 2, I have experienced no Outlook crashes.
