We have configured live agent in my org,
We have observed the case owner field is not changing after case is transfer other agent in,so my question is is it possible change the case owner field after the case has been tranfrer other agent.

HI all,

we have following omni chanel presence status,
Available for Email-- if agent set this status then only cases that are created from email to case should come 
Available for web --if agent set this status then only cases that are created from web to case should come 
Avaliable for Phone--if agent set this status then only cases that are created from Phone  should come 

for that i have created new ServiceChannel with case object
and created 3 new routing configurations
and 3 new Queues
and 3 new case assignment rule criteria based on case origin as follows
1.if case origin=email then assign to 1 queue
2.if case origin=web then assign to 2 queue
3.case origin=phone then assign to 3 queue
 and 3 queues will have differtent users.

but when agent who is not part of 2 queue went and set his omni status to Available for email ,still he is getting cases that are created from web into his queue.

how to resolve this issue.

we want something like this.
1.if agent who is part of queue 1 set his status to available for email then only cases that are created from email to case should come to his queue,same thing for other status also.

How to achive this?

HI all,
we are using a vf page in our community ,once the user click on some button from community we are opening a visualforce page,if the user is not logned in to salesforce then we are asking for login,but we do not want like this.

i tried to gave public access to that vf page in sites/communities and i gave public access to communite profile also but still asking for login.

Kindly let me know how can i navigate the page with out login to salesforce.

HI all,

i am trying to send task notifications to group of users(more than 100 users in that group) and i got this error "Error: The selected members exceed the maximum of 100 total users. Remove members so fewer than 100 users are included."

So is their any way that we can overcome that error and sending the task notifications more than 100 users ?

I am getting "System.CalloutException: You have uncommitted work pending. Please commit or rollback before calling out" error in MockTest(),method1task() only,remaing two methods are passing and i am getting code coverage.

Kindly let me know why MockTest(),method1task() methods are failing.

I have set up live chat in my dev org and am able to conduct a session without problem.  However,  when I use a custom chat page,  no connection is made and the page just hangs at the point of connecting to an agent.

I'm seeing the following error in the console,  which might be the cause - I'm not sure:

Uncaught Error: Organization ID must be set!
window.liveagent.chasitor.init @ chasitor.js:60
Sfdc.provide.init @ LiveAgentChatWindow.js:22
(anonymous function) @ LiveAgentChat:32

followed by a series of 503 errors for the audio.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
