Our company provides Human Resource support to other small and medium sized businesses.  We have created a number of Human Resource oriented programs in Excel for our clients.  We would like these to be accessed via SalesForce to control ownership of the content.

* Each worksheet represents one week of work for an employee. Hours worked by day are posted, revenue and commissions are posted as applicable and there are calculations done to determine overtime hours.

* A demonstrated track record f success is required.

This is the first of multiple projects.  SalesForce may not be the best platform for this solutions, but it is our first choice.

Non-profit in St. Paul, Minnesota is looking for an experienced Sales Force administrator or super-user to help with start-up (temporary contract work).

I am trying to create a report that displays Accounts, opportunities and contact information in one report. I have created a custom report type - Account with Contacts with Opportunities. When you run the report it brings up all Accounts that have Contacts whether they have an Opportunity or not. I tried to use aFilter, Opportunity Name "does not equal" _____(blank so it eliminates opps that dont have a name, hence dont exist), however I cant get the filter to work. It still brings up all accounts and contacts whether they have an oportunity or not.

1. Not all our Opportunities have Contact roles, therefore we dont want to run a report that uses Contact Roles

2. The goal is to see Accounts, Opportunities adn Contacts in the same report, however only for Accounts that have an Opportunity.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Sandeep

Hello,

I am using this formula field to return a date value based on the picklist value selected. It works for one picklist value, however I have 3 values (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) in the picklist that would update the formula field with different date values and I can't get it to work.

I tried using the CASE function, adn kept getting error "Field Monthly does not exist". Any help is appreciated....may be somehow combine three IF conditions in one formula...or do I need to use workflows?

IF(ISPICKVAL(Contract_Term__c, "Monthly"), Contract_Start_Date__c  + 30, null)

Thanks...

Hi all,

I am looking for someone to put a UI on my custom force.com application. In the near future, we are going to be using force.com sites as a way to share part of our application with our partners and we are looking for someone that can put a face on our application. Please get in touch if you are interested and we can discuss further.

Thanks

Chris

Hi,

I'm looking for an independent programmer to help with a small customisation job. My estimate is for 2-3 days work. The aim is to create an order entry page on the Salesforce contact page. The purpose of this page is to make the data entry easier for the users.

What we have at the moment are two custom objects:  Sales Order object (master) and an Order Item object (detail).

By clicking on a "New Order" Button the user creates an order header. After filling out the required data, most of which comes pre-filled out from the Contact page the user saves and then clicks on an "Add Item" button and adds items to the order. On each item record the user looks up the product page and returns data from the product page.

Certain business rules make the users do more data entry that could be automated. For example, each Order Item record can only have the same Order Type as the Sales Order, so if a user needs to put in different Order Types they have to create multiple Sales Orders and attach items. Likewise, different purchase order numbers must be on different Sales Orders.

My client finds this too labour intensive. I'd like someone who knows Apex and Visualforce and is a capable communicator to design and code a page that allows Sales Orders and Items to be added on the one page.

I can send a spec to interested parties. This needs to be done preferably in the next two weeks and I'd need a firm quote after you read the spec. I'm based in Australia which is GMT +11 so please take this into consideration as I'm sure neither you nor I want 3am phone meetings.

Reply to this post and I'll contact you if I'm interested.

Our nonprofit (www.campusphilly.org/about) is finishing our implementation of Salesforce. We could use a consultant to guide us through some more implementation, so that we can better figure out our user roles/permissions, Outlook and Gmail integration, using the product sales functions, when to use the opportunities function.

I am willing to work with a remote consultant. You don't have to be in Philly necessarily. We are price sensitive, but mainly we really need people who are good at communication and independent follow-up. We need a nudge with good advice and good manners.

We have a relatively small Salesforce database (about 2,000 accounts), and need some assistance merging, de-duping, and insuring that data relationships are correct.  Please respond if you have suggestions.
